Refund Policy

CARRA CLUB sells digital products, including the Billionaire Social Calendar and related editions, reports, and downloads. Because these products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to proprietary information, this policy explains when refunds are and are not available.
1Digital Products Are Final
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the purchase page or required by applicable law, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. By completing a purchase, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you waive any cooling-off or withdrawal period to the extent permitted by law.
2Exceptions
We will consider a refund or replacement where:
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same product;
- The product was never delivered and we are unable to deliver it; or
- The file is materially defective and we cannot provide a working version.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
3How to Request
Email billionaire@carraclub.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and the reason for your request. We review requests on a case-by-case basis and may ask for additional information.
4Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to the Services. We reserve all rights to dispute chargebacks we believe are unwarranted.
5Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
